China GFRP Tool Handles Manufacturer, Supplier, Factory

The FRP cooling tower at the Shanghai Laogang Renewable Energy Utilization Center Phase II Project, designed by SPX Company, incorporates SPARE company's FRP materials for enhanced performance. With a mechanical ventilation mist elimination design, it efficiently handles 4000m3/h of cooling water per tower, totaling 40000m3/h. The tower group, arranged in a single line on the southwest side, consists of two sets of five towers each, with a shared circulating water pump room nearby. Each tower, utilizing SPARE's pultruded FRP frame structure, stands at 21.2 meters tall and 21.1 meters wide, offering both strength and lightweight characteristics, with over 400 tons of FRP pultruded profiles used in total.

Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP), widely used in construction and insulation, has been confirmed to pose no significant long-term health risks. Research by the National Academy of Sciences and the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) shows that FRP does not increase the risk of respiratory system cancer.

Recently, Spare announced that the construction of the company's newly added pultrusion plant is progressing smoothly and is expected to be officially put into operation on October 15. After the plant is put into operation, it will focus on carrying out core processes such as glass fiber pultrusion and cutting. While improving the company's production chain, it will also provide professional site support for glass fiber material processing and treatment.​

In November 2025, Nanjing Spare launched a new anti-slip FRP pultruded grating. This product innovatively adopts an anti-slip serrated pattern design, and its anti-slip coefficient in wet environments is increased by more than 40% compared with ordinary gratings, completely solving the pain point of easy slipping on the smooth surface of traditional gratings.
