Nanjing Spare Adds New Pultrusion Plant, Expected to Be Put into Operation on October 15​

Recently, Spare announced that the construction of the company's newly added pultrusion plant is progressing smoothly and is expected to be officially put into operation on October 15. After the plant is put into operation, it will focus on carrying out core processes such as glass fiber pultrusion and cutting. While improving the company's production chain, it will also provide professional site support for glass fiber material processing and treatment.

It is understood that the newly added pultrusion plant (Note: Corrected from the original "garbage plant" to align with the core process of pultrusion) has been specially designed according to the characteristics of glass fiber processing, and is equipped with environmentally friendly treatment facilities and automated processing equipment. Among them, the glass fiber pultrusion production line can realize continuous material forming to ensure product stability; the cutting process has introduced precision cutting technology to improve material utilization rate, effectively reducing the generation of waste during processing, which is in line with the concept of green production.

After the plant is put into operation, it will further enhance Spare's processing capacity in the field of glass fiber materials, help the company better meet market demand, and at the same time contribute to the green and large-scale development of the local new material industry. Relevant person in charge of the company said that it will accelerate the follow-up preparation work to ensure the plant is put into operation on schedule and achieves efficient operation as soon as possible.
