Why the Small Mesh Matters?

The fine openings prevent loose tools, small parts and debris from dropping through onto equipment or people below, and they stop heels, casters and wheelchair wheels from catching in the grid. This makes the panel suitable for public walkways, viewing platforms and pedestrian bridges where visitors wear everyday shoes rather than safety boots. The open structure still drains rain and wash water, so the surface stays dry and never pools liquid.

For Water and Wastewater Works

In treatment plants, the mini mesh slows down flow and traps suspended solids, acting as a first stage filtration over screens, clarifiers and filter media beds. The smaller openings also reduce debris buildup on the grid itself. Because the fiberglass does not rust or corrode in wet, chemical conditions, it replaces metal grating that would otherwise need frequent replacement.

Corrosion Resistant and Lightweight

The panel resists acids, alkalis, salt spray and UV exposure without rusting, rotting or repainting. At about one quarter the weight of steel, sections are lifted and fitted by hand, with no cranes or welding. The natural translucent greenish finish is the fiberglass surface itself, and other colors can be supplied for safety or architectural requirements.
