How does ordering directly from a Chinese FRP manufacturer actually work?

STEP 1 — INQUIRY & QUOTATION

Send us your technical requirements or drawings. We respond with a detailed quotation including unit prices, MOQ, lead time and delivery terms.

Turnaround: 2-3 business days.

STEP 2 — CONTRACT

We sign a bilingual contract (English + your language). All terms are clearly defined: specifications, quantities, pricing, delivery date and payment schedule.

STEP 3 — PAYMENT

50% advance payment to start production. 50% balance upon notification of

goods readiness for shipment. Currency: Chinese yuan (RMB) or American Dollar. Direct bank transfer — no intermediaries.

STEP 4 — PRODUCTION

Standard lead time: 20-30 days. We produce, test and inspect every batch according to ISO standards. You receive production updates throughout the process.

STEP 5 — DOCUMENTATION

Before shipment we prepare and agree with you on all documents:

✅ Commercial invoice

✅ Packing list (gross/net weight, dimensions, number of packages)

✅ Certificate of origin

✅ Technical passport with drawings

✅ Quality certificate

STEP 6 — SHIPMENT

Terms: INCOTERMS

Load port: Shanghai.

We notify you of the shipment date within 5 working days of dispatch and send all documents electronically.

STEP 7 — AFTER-SALES SUPPORT

1-year warranty on all products. Any quality claims reviewed within 10 days of receipt. Defect rate above 3% — full compensation guaranteed by contract.
