FRP Slotted Frame Profiles

FRP Slotted Frame Profiles are pultruded fiberglass reinforced plastic frame sections with multiple side grooves and a multi chambered cross section. The grooves accept glass panels, infill boards, rubber seals and fixing clips, while the internal cavities improve thermal insulation. Made by continuous pultrusion, the profiles are dimensionally stable, corrosion resistant and electrically non-conductive. They hold up in coastal, industrial and high humidity environments where aluminum would corrode and PVC would deform under load. Typical uses include window and door frames, curtain wall framing, fence and screening panel systems, and structural rails for corrosive or insulated applications. Custom sections can be designed to drawing.

FRP Slotted Frame Profiles are pultruded fiberglass frame sections built to carry glass, infill panels and gaskets through a system of side grooves. The multi chambered design separates the frame into several air cavities, which slows heat transfer compared with a single wall aluminum section, while the side channels accept glazing beads, rubber seals and panel inserts directly.

    FRP Slotted Frame Profiles

Multi Chambered Section Built for Glazing and Sealing

Multiple internal chambers for improved thermal insulation

Side grooves for glass, infill panel and gasket insertion

Channels for rubber seals and weather strips
